Not just an app

This was a true Service Design project where we analyzed the complete machine service process. And the result was not only the UpTool app for the technicians but also an updated service process and new possibilities for service offers.

Visualising the complete process

By visualizing the updated way of working within the UpTool app, the service process became more tangible, both for individual technicians and the organization as a whole.

Protoyping

In this project, fast prototyping was key to be able to continuously test ideas and interactions with real users.

App at work

UpTool aggregates all the necessary IT support for a service case, and present it all at the technician’s fingertips. The staff now have all information they need for every step of the service process gathered in one interface.
