Branding modern retro.
Retrofrun is the brand of arts and crafts artist Cecilia Davidsson Berg. She turns old things into new one-of-a-kind products such as lamps, candle holders and interior decorations. Designing this logo and the brand building blocks was all about finding the perfect balance between new and old.

Airy but strong
Retrofrun's profile and brand should always be clear and strong but without taking too much attention away from the products. Generous free space around the elements, coherent typography, a slim color scheme and discrete supportive graphical elements solves this. I designed the Retrofrun pattern to be used on wrapping paper and as a background.
Allowing variations
A strong brand can handle special needs. Here's a copper foil printed logo variation used in connection to a series of copper-colored products.
